How do I reset a member's points?

You can change a member's total amount of points in a variety of ways. In the member list, click a Member's name to go to the Member Details page. From there, click on Interaction Log in the menu on the left. Then click Points in the upper right hand corner.



From here, click on the Adjust Points button in the bottom of the left column. You'll see a box like the one below with a few different options.



Award will grant the Member the designated number of points. Deduct will remove the points from the Member's total points. Redeem will subtract the points from the Member's Active points*, but will not change the Total points.

*Redeeming points can be useful if you will have a way for Members to exchange points for prizes. However, we recommend awarding prizes based on their total contributions, rather than just points. Also note that the Leaderboards can be reset without affecting a member's Total or Active points.
